| In the 1980s,the policy of "two powers and one system"began to be implemented in Inner Mongolia.With the implementation of the policy,the social culture and natural environment of pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia have been affected to varying degrees.After the traditional organization of nomadic culture was broken,herdsmen began to operate in a single household.At present,the herdsmen in pastoral areas can only choose the path of joint operation under the condition of low economic development and family income in Inner Mongolia.The pastoral cooperative is a form of social organization,which forms a voluntary joint management mode on the basis of the principles of democracy and fairness.This paper takes the Bayan Tarasumu East Salagacha Cooperative in Zalut Banner as the research object,collects the field data through the field investigation method,grasps the basic situation of East Salagacha and understands the resource utilization and debugging situation of the professional herdsmen cooperative.This paper is composed of introduction,text,summary,reference,appendix and so on.In the introduction part,the general situation of previous research on herdsmen s professional cooperatives is summarized,the reasons and significance of the topic selection are explained,and the research purposes,research methods and innovative points of the paper are explained.The first chapter introduces the natural environment and social and cultural background of Zalut Banner Bayan Tarasumu East Salagacha,including its geographical location,climate,natural resources and so on.In the second chapter,the author analyses the East Salaga Cha cooperative and tries to analyze the participation mode of the herdsmen in the East Salaga Cha.The professional herdsmen cooperative is an organizational activity formed on the basis of the herdsmen’s participation.Individual households are invested by labor,land resources,funds and other means,and participate in the process of redistribution.The herdsmen in Eastern Saragacha have also chosen a variety of ways to share,including labor,capital,land,capital + land and so on.Then economic profits are obtained through market transactions,and net profits are distributed uniformly.Chapter three discusses the utilization of resources of the professional cooperatives of herdsmen in Eastern Saragacha.This paper mainly expounds the changes in the utilization of local land resources,water resources and other natural resources after the establishment of the professional cattle-raising cooperative of"Malachin Aili" in Eastern Saragacha,and probes into the changes in the relationship between man and nature.At the same time,the role of nomadic culture,Aobao sacrifice,Nadam congress,labor force and other social and cultural resources on professional cooperatives in pastoral areas was discussed.Pastoral cooperatives are not only a combination of economic interests,but also an important way to effectively inherit national culture and realize modernization by forming a sense of community identity.In the last part of this chapter,we summarize the essential characteristics of herdsman cooperatives in terms of economy,society,culture and management through utilization and debugging.In the summary part,the main contents of the paper are summarized,and the main roles of pastoral professional cooperatives in pastoral resources are summarized.Specialized cooperatives in pastoral areas play an important role in the resource adjustment of pastoral areas and play an important role in realizing the large-scale management of pastoral areas in rural areas.The management mode of professional cooperatives in pastoral areas is to reduce costs and increase income,and to find a way out in the process of modernization and to obtain the necessary choice and direction of their own space in the market economy era. |
