An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Rural Tourism Cooperatives On The Utilization Efficiency Of Rural Resources

The pursuit of efficiency is the starting point and final foothold of all economic organization management activities,and the emergence of an efficient organization needs to make arrangements in its institution,so as to provide incentive to participants.Under the severe situation of rural hollow,loose organization and idle waste of resources,how to stimulate the enthusiasm of the participants of rural tourism,especially the majority of farmers,invigorate the diversified and idle resources of rural areas and improve the utilization efficiency of rural resources by an effective institution and updating organizational model is not only the key to the development of rural tourism but also the inherent requirement of rural revitalization.As the organization of farmers' group,rural tourism cooperatives play an important role in improving the organization level,anti-risk ability and market negotiation ability of farmers,some problems,such as weak sense of cooperation,loose structure,lack of running funds and weak ability of self-development also exist.Based on the qualitative research method,guiding by the institution analysis,taking the rural tourism cooperative model of Deyang Starlight Village as an example,this paper analyzes the participation degree and action logic of participants,organizational structure,operation mechanism,the design and practice of institution.And then this paper concludes that after the establishment of the cooperative,not only have improved the local idle farm house and the utilization efficiency of culture and other resources,but also have spread the whole brand of Starlight village,and have promoted the organization level of Starlight village.At the end of this paper,some suggestion are promoted for the existing problems of rural tourism cooperative in Starlight Village,and also some requirements and institutional guarantee are discussed for the ideal cooperative model and the ideal rural tourism organization model.This study is mainly divided into eight parts:Chapter 1: Introduction.This part explains the research background,research problems,theoretical and practical significance of the research,the definition of the research object and core concept,the research content and technical roadmap,the research method and the possible innovation.Chapter 2: Theoretical basis and literature review.This part combs the theoretical basis of the thesis from the perspective of organizational theory and institution analysis theory,and reviews the related research of rural tourism organization model and rural tourism cooperative.Chapter 3: Research design and implementation.This part describes the general description of the case area,data collection and analysis,written mode and content structure research reliability.Chapter 4: The participants and their action logic analysis.Starting from the participation level of the government,foreign owners,community residents,grass-roots organizations,rural tourism professional cooperatives and so on,this part analyzes the action logic of participants through data coding and discourse analysis.Chapter 5: The organization structure and its operation mechanism analysis.This part analyzes and summarizes the member structure,organization structure and operation mechanism of the rural tourism cooperative model in Starlight Village.Chapter 6: Institution design and institutional practice analysis.This part analyzes the institutional arrangement and practice of the model of rural tourism cooperative in Starlight Village from four dimensions: membership system,property right system,governance structure and distribution system.Chapter 7: The influence of rural tourism cooperatives on the utilization efficiency of rural resources.This part focuses on the changes of Starlight village after the establishment of tourism cooperatives,especially in which aspects improve the efficiency of the use of local resources,and in which aspects decrease the efficiency of the use of local rural resources.Chapter 8: conclusions and discussion.This part summarizes the case analysis and puts forward the conclusion.
