With the accelerating work rhythm in people's daily life,more and more people choose to dine out,the food provided by the itinerant vendors become the first choice with the features of convenience to buy,rich flavors and cheap price.As the food safety problems are gradually pushed out into the light of day,people have begun to be skeptical about the food safety in this market.The food provided by the itinerant vendors has a large quantity and is widespread with great mobility,the places of business are mostly set in the outdoor area with the problems such as dust pollution,food deterioration risk owing to the high temperature,bad disposable dishware and ubiquitous mosquitoes and flies,which are all the high risk factors to spread diseases and cause massive food-borne diseases,are the emphasis and difficulties in the food safety supervision and management,are the important link in essential public health service and needed to be paid attention and managed with effective measures by the government.The paper takes the itinerant vendors in Nanhu District of Jiaxing as the research object,finds out the problem that the current food safety situation doesn't match with the current food safety supervision and management mode by the means of logic tree analysis,analytic hierarchy process,questionnaire survey and literature search,and gives improvement suggestions.Firstly,the paper explains related theoretical basis;it finds out existing problems in food safety supervision and management on mobile food vendors of Nanhu District,Jiaxing City by doing questionnaire survey on mobile vendors,staff of government supervision authority and citizens in logic tree analytical method.Secondly,the paper ranks the existing problems in order of importance degree by taking analytic hierarchy process.It analyzes several major problems and puts forward four reasons to problems of mobile food safety supervision and management at present: low academic quality of mobile food vendors,incomplete current laws and regulations,ambiguous supervision and management authority and incomplete government information publication.Finally,the paper analyzes and studies the mobile vendor food safety supervision and management modes of developed countries.By combining with the supervision and management status on mobile food vendors and food safety in Nanhu District,Jiaxing City,the paper puts forwards solutions to perfect the food safety supervision on mobile vendors in four aspects: perfecting laws and regulations,enhancing comprehensive quality of vendors,perfecting supervision and management mechanism and completing information publication.The paper creatively applies the logic tree analytical method and analytic hierarchy process into the process of searching for mobile vendor food safety issues firstly.It does quantitative analysis on problems in the questionnaire and ranks all problems in order of importance in quantitative method and does selective analysis on problems of high weight index.Results getting by logic tree analytical method and analytic hierarchy process can better show the heart of the issues and we can propose more targeted suggestions.
