Human resource is the first resource.In today’s organizational development process,corporate human resources management has moved from basically meet the job requirements as basis of traditional stage,to a new stage of talent management that focuses on high performance competency.Competency-based talent management has become the main content of modern human resource management,which takes competency and competency model as the core.It provides a new perspective and a more powerful tool for the enterprise human resource management,and provides more scientific and systematic ability support to ensure the company’s overall strategic objectives achieve.The competition of enterprises core competitiveness in the final analysis is the core talents competition of enterprise.The core management personnel of the enterprise is an important force for the survival and development of the enterprise.However,with the increasingly intensified market competition,enterprise development is influenced and restricted by various factors,especially the lack of capacity of the enterprise’s management personnel,restricting S(China)Company’s business strategy promotion and implementation.Therefore,to construct a competency model of enterprise management personnel is great significance.This research is based on the theory of competency and competency model,based on the deduction and analysis of S(China)company’s stage development strategy in growth stage,and through BEI,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods,summarized 14 competencies within four ability dimension,then constructs the managers’ competency model of S(China)company.And then,discusses the application of the competency model in talent evaluation,recruitment,training and development,performance management,puts forward some suggestions to improve the competency of enterprise management personnel.To support and promote the rapid development of S(China)company,and promote the final realization of S(China)company’s overall strategy.
