With the rapid development of science and technology,as an electronic product,the current situation is very fast,customer requirements for product performance is also getting higher and higher.Therefore,from the birth of electronic products to the demise of its long life is three to five years,only a few months short.However,the overall design of electronic products from the concept to the finished product,the design will take up a large part of.At the same time,due to the shortening of the life cycle of electronic components,the quality evaluation of the components of the end of production becomes more and more urgent.How to determine the replacement parts can be used in a short period of time,the judge and the whole system there is no conflict,make full use of the existing design components to meet the requirements of the market for electronic products,machine manufacturers have to face the challenge.Therefore,this paper from the actual situation of K company,the company of electronic components to reduce inventory,improve supplier quality,speed up the electronic components substitute import speed as the ultimate goal,the component evaluation system as the breakthrough point,put forward a new system of suppliers,process evaluation,by using this process,allows the company to quickly and accurately selected high quality suppliers,saving a lot of time on screening and manpower cost.In addition,for screening has completed the replacement parts suppliers,also using FMEA and QFD technique,puts forward the main factors of the quality evaluation method based on the method of considering the main contradiction,focus on the parts quality problems,do small ones,can greatly reduce the FMEA experiment time,improve work efficiency.At the end of the paper,the design method is discussed.Finally,the HDD part of K company of composite machine as an example,the specific implementation of the above-mentioned solutions,discusses the new supplier evaluation system,based on the main factors of the quality evaluation process and design changes,and further verifies its feasibility and effectiveness.
