| With the development of modern society as well as the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, more and more evidences shows that the staff has become the core competitiveness of the enterprises. Those successful companies mostly have an advantage of attracting and gathering a lot of talented people, mainly because of a set of reasonable incentives to attract and retain these talented people. Although Anhui provincial branch of the PICC remains a leading position in terms of market share and brand image in the property insurance market, yet with the past10years, the emerging insurance companies continue to compete in the market as well as property insurance marketing system constantly improve and enhance the growing number of employees at all levels of liquidity, difficult to bring employees to the company’s management. Therefore, this study of the Anhui provincial branch of the PICC is to re-e Anhui amine the original incentives of the sales staff, a comprehensive analysis of the demand characteristics of the sales staff was made, and new incentives was developed, in order to help stimulate employee enthusiasm, creativity and cohesion, and conducive to the long-term development of the company.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction of this paper outlining the background of topics, research significance, and the viewpoints of scholars both domestic and foreign. The second part includes theoretical studies and concepts. This part introduces the Incentive Mechanism and other concepts on the basis of incentive theories, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theories, Clay Alderfer ERG theories, Two-factor theories, Achievement need theories, expectancy theories, Equity-theory and goal-setting theories and demarcates the enterprise sale exciting theory from the branch of PICC of Anhui Province. The third part includes theoretical analysis for present competitive environment sale motivation situation. The forth part which introduces the general plan and embodiment of the Incentive Mechanism of Peoples Insurance Company of China by the presentation of goal and principle of the Incentive Mechanism is analysis of present competitive environment, sale motivation situation and incentive countermeasures of the branch of Anhui Province of PICC. In part five, the author, analysis for the affections of the Incentive Mechanism, outlines the details in the Branch of Anhui Province from Peoples Insurance Company of China. Then the orientation of future study is prospected.The innovation and characteristics of this paper is that it introduces along-term incentive mechanism of the insurance company sales staff by chosen the enterprise sale exciting theory from the branch of Anhui Province of PICC as a case study on the basis of incentive theories and then can promote the practice of incentive of the branch of Anhui Province of PICC and further more, it may lend other insurance companies some added insight into their sale work motivation.In this paper, further theory study on the staff of Small Medium Enterprises is developed, which provides a new theoretical foundation for the study on the Incentive Mechanism of Insurance Company in hoping to give directions to insurance companies to steer on the fast lane. |
