Study On Organizational Structure Reform Of Operation,maintenance And Overhaul Of State Grid Qinghai Electric Power Company

In 2012,state grid corporation of China implemented the organizational structure and management mode reform of its subordinate provincial power companies and prefectural(municipal)power supply companies,and established the organizational structure mode of "overhaul" in the operation and maintenance of equipment.Since 2012,qinghai power grid to the south and west of qinghai remote backward area extends rapidly,such as power supply area,widening equipment scale is also increasing,gradually exposed to go abroad network of qinghai province electric power company is "overhaul" of the set unreasonable organization structure,personnel to work overtime,save maintenance company and employees work load imbalance between(city)electric power supply company,operational maintenance efficiency and quality is not high,operational maintenance staff morale is low.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the organizational structure reform of the operation and maintenance of equipment of state grid qinghai power company.Secondly,literature review is conducted to master modern and contemporary organizational theory,organizational change theory,organizational structure and design theory.After describes the present situation of its qinghai province electric power company,with its qinghai province electric power company is currently organizing an "overhaul" structure and equipment operational maintenance business model are introduced,then used survey method,data analysis,literature research,quantitative analysis,questionnaire investigation on its qinghai province electric power company operational maintenance profession,this paper analyzes the existing problems;The necessity of organizational structure reform is analyzed with the theory of organizational change.Aiming at the existing problems of the operation and maintenance maintenance major,this paper clarifies the idea of organizational structure reform by using the interview method and the organizational structure and design theory,and finally puts forward the organizational structure reform plan of operation and maintenance maintenance business,the business scope and responsibility reform plan between provincial and municipal maintenance companies,and the operation and maintenance maintenance business process reform plan.Finally,a summary is made and the deficiencies are put forward of the paper,and the future application of the research results of the paper is prospected.In this paper,through research and analysis the current priorities in qinghai province electric power company operational maintenance management mode adapted to power grid development level,analyze grid operational maintenance problems,put forward adjusting operational maintenance business organizational structure and business processes,build the fact of shipment inspection with power grid management pattern,enhancement of power transmission and equipment state controlled,can control,the ability to control,continuously improve equipment reliability,is to adapt to the power grid scale expands unceasingly,the inherent requirement of productivity development,also is the important guarantee of the power supply service level of ascension.
