| With the rapid economic development in Tianjin,the protection of power facilities of the electric transmission line becomes more and more important,but discharging and tripping accidents caused by problems in all aspects of the power facility protection deteriorate.Currently,the protection of electric transmission line of the power company is faced with great pressure.It shall not only guarantee the smooth development of local economic construction,but also ensure the reliability of regional block supply.Consequently,the reform is pressing,and a new management mode would emerge for the protection of power facilities of the electric transmission line.Contents discussed in this paper include: ever since the end of 2014,Tianjin Power Company analyzed the data of discharging and tripping of the electric transmission line for nearly two decades,especially the accidents in recent five years from 2010 to 2014,and the rules and trends of accidents are summarized.Based on the data template,a brand new management mode that could change the traditional working procedure is formulated,for promoting the new mechanism of the protection of power facilities comprehensively by making full use of the scientific management and latest research achievements.In 2015,new management mode was applied in the protection of power facilities,with remarkable achievements.In this paper,achievements have been analyzed and concluded in detail,main causes for the improvement of management efficiency and important factors worthy of promoting the management mode are sorted out.In the future,Tianjin Power Company will continue the successful management mode in the protection of power facilities,launch brand new management modes in the company,absorb advanced experience,and finish the transformation and transition from a production-based enterprise to management-based enterprise,so as to adapt to the future development trend in a better way. |
