Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Power Transmission And Transformation Equipment Maintenance Management Of Anhui Electric Power Corporation

With the development of the power grid, as well as the improving quality of power transmission and transformation equipment, the conventional maintenance mode of equipment cannot meet the requirements for both reliable power supply and low operating cost. How to learn from the theory and practice achievement of equipment maintenance management both in China and other countries, combining the practice of Anhui electric power industry, depending on technology progress and management innovation, choosing the reasonable and efficient mode for equipment maintenance management, this is an urgent issue to be solved by Anhui electric power corporation.Based on the study of the domestic and overseas equipment maintenance, the paper analyzes the present situation of power transmission and transformation equipment maintenance management in Anhui electric power corporation, points out the main problems existing in equipment maintenance management of the company, including bigger differences of power grid scale and maintenance ability among the regions, out-dated maintenance management mode, the relatively lower total professional quality of maintainers and unperfect performance appraisal system, not high degree of standardization and informatization of maintenance etc.. Then, the paper tries to provide the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems, including to optimize the production organization, to implement condition-based maintenance, to improve the performance appraisal system and to strengthen the construction of standardization and information. In the end, the paper introduces the case of "5S" management adopted by Huainan Power Supply Company to improve equipment maintenance management and makes some valuable conclusions as reference for equipment maintenance management in other power supply companies.
