Coordinated Development Evaluation Between Urban Infrastructure And Economy In Hebei Province

As an important material basis and external conditions for the operation of social economic activities,urban infrastructure plays an important role in economic development.Economic development also brings more capital and technology to urban infrastructure.The two influence and restrict each other.The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was raised to the national level.Hebei Province,as an important pole of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,plays an important role in promoting the multi-city linkage in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.Therefore,exploring the relationship between urban infrastructure and economic development in Hebei Province has important reference value for the industrial docking and integration development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Based on this background and significance,this paper evaluated the coordinated development between urban infrastructure and economy in Hebei Province.This paper firstly defined the concept of urban infrastructure,and analyzed the characteristics of urban infrastructure based on the distinction of municipal infrastructure and urban infrastructure.Then,this paper systematically expounded the mechanism and mode of urban infrastructure's role in economic development.The main content of this paper included two main parts.The first,this paper described the state of urban infrastructure and economic development in Hebei Province.The results showed that the economic development momentum of Hebei Province was good,but the development status of different systems in urban infrastructure was different.The main performance was that the speed of development in some systems of urban infrastructure has varied since 2015.Energy facilities developed rapidly,but transportation systems and disaster prevention systems were slowly.The second,this paper made an evaluation of the coordinated development between urban infrastructure and economy in Hebei Province.The evaluation firstly established evaluation index systems of urban infrastructure and economic development,then the entropy method was used to determine the weight of index systems.Lastly,the coupling degree and coordinated development degree of coordinated development between the two were obtained through coupling coordination evaluation model.The results shows that:(1)The level of urban infrastructure development in Hebei Province was ahead of economic development in 2000-2010.In 2011,economic development exceeded the urban infrastructure,and the state has continued until 2017.(2)In 2000,the coupling degree between urban infrastructure and economic development in Hebei Province was in the antagonistic stage.In 2003,it developed into a high-level coupling stage.Until 2017,the coupling degree remained at this stage.(3)Excluding 2004 and 2005,the comprehensive development scores of the two systems maintained their increasing trend in 2000-2017.(4)The coordinated development between urban infrastructure and economic development in Hebei Province from 2000 to 2017 has shifted from severe imbalance to quality coordination.Especially after the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy was raised to the national level,the coordinated development between urban infrastructure and economy in Hebei Province has achieved quality coordination.(5)In addition to the decline in 2003 and 2004,the coordinated development trend was upward in 2000-2017.Based on the results of various evaluations,the coordinated development of urban infrastructure and economy in Hebei Province is relatively good.
