Study On The Financing Of Urban Infrastructure Construction In Hebei

That accompanies the program for the coordinated development ofBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and developed three specific planning,implementation to the new urbanization strategy of demand and the pace of urbanization in Hebei province is accelerating,however,the current urban infrastructure project financing source mainly in Hebei province to rely on government financing platform to raise,in 'land finance' unsustainable at present,only depending on government financing platform,is can't fill our province urban infrastructure funding gap.Financing problem is particularly important.In this paper,the researches on the urban infrastructure financing problems in Hebei province,the study found that there are unreasonable financing structure,financing project problems single main body and mismatched decision of financing model,the main reason is poor financing environment,financing management decision main body of a single,imperfect financing system,etc.In urban infrastructure construction financing experience,at home and abroad for reference,puts forward different countermeasures of urban infrastructure construction to choose different financing model,namely the first industrial city support non-operating financing mode,the second industry city to support business and allow business financing,the third industry city support business financing models such as the specific countermeasures,and make full use of market economic system advantages,attract a diversified financing into urban infrastructure projects,the construction of the government and social folk capital financing mode of combining targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.
