With the rapid development of economic globalization,the market competition is increasingly fierce.The pressure of enterprises is growing,especially small and medium-sized enterprises.How to stay invincible in the competition and seek survival and development is a difficult problem many enterprises are facing.Enterprise management is the focus of enterprise development,and performance management is an important part of enterprise management.Effective performance management system can improve enterprise management level and promote the development and prosperity of the enterprise.At present,the traditional performance management system has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise development.After years of development and evolution,the balanced score card has been widely used in foreign countries.It is more and more obvious in the advantages and role of enterprise management,and gradually becomes an important tool of performance management.In China,Balanced Score Card is mostly used by large enterprises,but it is seldom used by small and medium-sized enterprises.Due to the differences between small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises in many aspects,they can not be copied in application.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and design the performance management system of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the balanced score card.DT company is a small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise with years of experience and technology.Its institutional setup,management system and business model are relatively sound..However,its development has reached a bottleneck.now.In this paper,based on the DT Company's actual situation,the author takes this company as the research object and designs a performance management system with the methods of literature research and case analysis in the context of the country's high attention to environmental protection,adding the dimension of environmental protection on the basis of the original four dimensions of the balanced score card.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,The second part introduces the related theories of performance management and balanced score card.The third part presents DT company profile,analyses the current situation and existing problems of company performance management,and discusses the necessity and feasibility of introducing BSC into the performance management system.The fourth part constructs the performance management system of DT company based on the balanced score card.By analyzing the performance management target of the company and setting up the weight of the company's performance management index system,this part establishes the balanced scorecard performance management system for the DT company,using this system to evaluate the company's performance and draw conclusions,using this system to evaluate the company's performance and draw conclusions.The fifth part puts forward the implementation suggestions of DT company's balanced scorecard performance management.The sixth part is the conclusion.In the existing performance management system,this paper introduced the concept of balanced scorecard to DT company.Therefore,the comprehensive management level of enterprises has been improved,and the research on performance management of small and medium-sized enterprises has been enriched.Meanwhile,it can provide some reference for other small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their performance management system.
