Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,Shenyang GS Bank has some problems,such as old management mode,redundant human resources,inconsistency between performance appraisal mechanism and actual situation of employees,which results in employees losing enthusiasm and low efficiency.Therefore,this paper will deeply develop a set of effective performance appraisal system for Shenyang GS Bank to maximize the enthusiasm and efficiency of employees.This paper takes the domestic banking development as the research background and the current performance appraisal management crisis of Shenyang GS Bank as the research object.The full text is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction part,the second chapter is literature review,the fifth chapter is the guarantee measure of Shenyang GS bank performance appraisal system,the sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper.The characteristics and innovations of this paper are mainly shown in the following three aspects:(1)At first,this paper uses the method of omni-directional performance evaluation method to accurately locate the appraisal object and main body in the staff performance appraisal system of Shenyang GS Bank,It has changed the present situation of Shenyang GS Bank that the examination object is not specific,the main body is not divided into different levels,and is too single.(2)Then using the balanced scorecard method,the paper designs a new dimension of employee performance appraisal,which is originally from three aspects: financial dimension,customer dimension and performance dimension.It perfects and supplements the single dimension performance appraisal system of Shenyang GS Bank at present.(3)At last,this paper uses the key index method,the profit growth rate index,the job completion rate and so on,combining the performance appraisal dimension of Shenyang GS Bank employee.Based on the results of the assessment,the corresponding rewards and punishments are taken to achieve the goal of more encouraging employees to serve the Shenyang Bank.Above is my research on Shenyang GS Bank staff performance appraisal status,It is hoped that the research of this paper can also have certain reference significance.
