Since the twenty-first century,internet technology has been developed rapidly,and it has had a major impact on the development and transformation of many industries.“Internet +”has broken the barriers between the real industry and the Internet.It has gradually changed the way that people demand for consumption patterns,quality of life and the way to participate in economic activities.With the popularity of the concept of sharing economy,and there is the difficulty of the development of traditional hotel industry to meet people’s increasingly needs,online short-rent industry is increasingly recognized and welcomed by people.The progress of information technology,the continuous improvement of social credit system,people’s diverse accommodation needs and a large number of idle housing resources have promoted the development of short-term online rent.However,in the online short-rent platform network transactions in China,the information asymmetry between buyers and sellers also brings many potential risks.Faced with unfamiliar landlords,consumers can not accurately evaluate their service and quality before booking the source of housing,and it is difficult to judge whether the source landlord is trustworthy.Current research results on P2 P online lending show that in the case of serious information asymmetry,perfect personal information is helpful to portray personal image.In this way,it can reduce uncertainty,alleviate information asymmetry,and thus improve the success rate of transactions.Therefore,on the basis of controlling the property of housing source,this paper studies its impact on the sales of housing source from the perspective of personal description.In this paper,we use Python software to write codes and use web crawler method to obtain single source data of online short-rent platform in the domestic sharing economy whose name is XIAOZHU.From the perspective of landlord’s personal description information presentation,we discuss its impact on the transaction of housing source.Through content analysis,eight characteristic topics of self-disclosure information are extracted: interests & hobbies,attitude towards life,job & career,family members,personal qualities,personal experience,travel and sharing sincerity.Through regression model research,it is found that the depth and breadth of personal description information have a significant impact on the sales of housing orders.The credit rating has a negativeadjustment effect on the landlord’s personal description including the feature topic quantity.Further research shows that those topics like interests & hobbies,personal qualities,personal experiences and travel have more obvious impact on housing orders.This study has certain theoretical and practical significance.Meanwhile,different topic strategies include these four topics have different influence on the sales.The conclusions enrich the existing research results in the field of sharing economy and online short rent markets and provide some practical suggestions for the platform and landlords.In addition,this paper focuses on China’s online short-rent market,using the actual data of the website for research and analysis,and using the method of content analysis and quantitative research.Overall,this paper enriches the current domestic research which is mostly using the questionnaire method,interview method,experimental method and other theoretical results.
