In the face of increasingly complex economic environment,innovation driven has become an important mode of China's economic development,and the focus of innovation drive will be oriented to the people and enterprises.Corporate innovation is based on employee's personal innovation.However,the personal innovation behavior of employees is strongly influenced by managers.The intermediary effectiveness of psychological empowerment is achieved through this process.However,most of the researches in this field need to refer to the achievements of highly standardized and mature companies.For startups,there are few samples of transformational leadership related to employee innovation and lack of authority.In this regard,this paper focuses on analyzing the psychological empowerment,leadership style and Leadership Innovation Behavior of managers in entrepreneurial enterprises,which is of great significance for guiding entrepreneurship practice.This paper,taking the entrepreneurial staff as the main point,explores the relationship between transformational leadership,psychological empowerment and employee innovation behavior.This paper will be divided into two aspects: one is theoretical research,through literature summary of the early work,the basic concepts,research tools and research methods of structure analysis,this paper constructs the research based on content;two is the empirical research,using research methods of questionnaire survey,in the part of science and technology Park,business park to take a sample survey on entrepreneurial employees to start research,get the data through the AMOS and SPSS software to edit the data and analyze the data on factor analysis,structural equation modeling,correlation analysis and other methods,the relationship between entrepreneurial enterprises in the transformational leadership style,psychological empowerment and employee's innovative behavior in the empirical test.Fundamentally,the research results confirm the previous research assumptions and summarize the following key conclusions:1.in entrepreneurial enterprises,transformational leadership in management members will have a positive impact on employee innovation.Among them,the leader's glamour dimension factor has the most profound influence on employees' innovative behavior under the same conditions.Secondly,vision encouragement and personalized care will also affect employees.In order to improve leader's leadership style,it is still an important topic to improve the general leader's efficiency and promote the innovative behavior of employees.Entrepreneurial managers need to work hard and put into practice.2.in entrepreneurial enterprises,the positive impact of psychological empowerment factors on employees' innovative behavior is very significant.Under the same conditions,self-efficacy has the most significant impact on employee's innovative behavior,followed by employee autonomy,work meaning and work influence.At present,how to fully mobilize the positive attitude of employees' work and innovation and enhance their cognition of psychological empowerment,so as to carry out innovative behavior is still a major problem facing enterprises.3.at the same time,the transformational leadership in entrepreneurial enterprises also provides significant positive effects for the psychological empowerment of employees.However,transformational leadership has different effects on different levels of psychological empowerment.Therefore,in management practice,in order to achieve organizational goals and achieve personal development,entrepreneurial leaders need to improve their leadership styles,improve their leadership styles and enhance their psychological empowerment.4.psychological empowerment plays an intermediary role in the process of transformational leadership affecting employees' innovative behavior.Moreover,the psychological empowerment of each dimension has a certain intermediary role in this mechanism.This requires that transformational leaders in entrepreneurial enterprises need to ensure and enhance the psychological empowerment of employees,so that more innovative behaviors can be realized.After the empirical test,from the aspects of improving the overall quality of leadership,creating an innovative environment,supporting the development of employee personality,guiding employees to achieve goals,stimulating the potential of employees' innovation,and improving the psychological empowerment of employees,the enlightenment of how to operate enterprise management is proposed.
