Under the circumstances of economic globalization,the opening of China's opening to the outside world have been constantly improved,and the competition among enterprises becoming fierce.In order to maintain long-term survival and development,enterprises need to constantly innovate,employees' innovative behavior plays an important role in enterprise innovation by creating value for enterprises and effectively promoting the development of enterprises.In the past studies,scholars have analyzed the impact of individual factors,team factors and situational factors on employees' innovative behavior and made some breakthroughs.In the process of work,the influence of leadership style in the situational factors on employees' innovative behavior cannot be ignored.Moreover,with the rapid development of the enterprise,the quality of employees is gradually improved,and their work values are changed,they pursue self-development,and the leadership style also need to change.Different leadership styles have different impacts on employees' behavior,so it is particularly important to choose appropriate leadership styles.In addition to daily management,leaders need to communicate with employees more,serve and meet the needs of employees.Servant leadership proposed in the 1970 s,which well combines the leadership role and the service role,is loved by scholars.Relevant research have confirmed that servant leadership can influence the result of the individual,team and organizational level variables,especially behavioral variables at the individual level.So,Considering that employees' innovative behavior plays a huge role in the development of enterprises,and under the influence of informatization and networking,servant leadership has a significant impact on the development of enterprises,this study under the background of China's national conditions,combining with organizational identification and leader-member exchange perspective,explores the analysis of the effect of servant leadership on employees' innovative behavior,and organizational identification and leader-members exchange intermediary role in servant leadership and employees' innovative behavior.Based on relevant theories such as organizational identity theory,social exchange theory and reciprocity principle,this study adopts literature review method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method to explore the influence of servant leadership on employees' innovative behavior.First of all,this study combines relevant theories and past research results to establish a theoretical framework of servant leadership on employees' innovative behavior and propose hypotheses.Then we adopt authoritative foreign scales and combine with China's national conditions,design and issued questionnaires to obtain sample data,use SPSS25.0,AMOS24.0,MPLUS7.0 statistical analysis software and combine with sample data to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis,correlation analysis,result analysis of structural equation model.Finally,the paper discusses the effects of servant leadership on employees' innovative behavior,put forward the management suggestions and summarizes the deficiencies of this paper.The results indicate that:(1)servant leadership positive influences employees' innovative behavior;(2)servant leadership positive influences organizational identification;(3)organizational identification positive influences employees' innovative behavior;(4)organizational identification plays an mediation role between servant leadership and employees' innovative behavior;(5)servant leadership positive influences leader-member exchange;(6)leader-member exchange positive influences employees' innovative behavior;(7)leader-member exchange plays an mediation role between servant leadership and employees' innovative behavior;(8)the mediating effect of leader-member exchange between servant leadership and employees' innovative behavior is greater than that of organizational identification.
