| Guilin is one of the first cities to carry out tourism in our country.In the past 40 years,because of its “world first” landscape and a long history and culture,the development of tourism has made remarkable achievements.In 2012,China’s State Council approved the construction of the international tourist attraction of Guilin.The development of tourism in Guilin has risen to the strategic position of the country.The development and "13th Five-Year Plan." of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region tourism industry also put forward that it is to give full play to the leading role of Guilin in the development of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region tourism industry,and the Party Committee and the government of Guangxi Autonomous Region also put forward the first-class international tourist destination in the year of 2018.As the core part of the economy,finance has been supporting and serving the solid economy,financial development and economic development.Now the tourism industry has become the strategic pillar industry of the national economy in Guilin.Therefore,this paper explores the relationship between financial support and the development of the tourism industry in Guilin,and finds out the problems existing in financial support for the development of the tourism industry in Guilin,whether for the development of the financial industry in Guilin or for the financial promotion of development of the tourism industry of Guilin has an important practical significance.In this paper,based on the theory of financial development and the theory of sustainable development of tourism,this paper studies the development of tourism industry in Guilin,with the methods of literature research,standard analysis and empirical analysis.In this paper,the present situation of tourism industry in Guilin is analyzed firstly.The analysis shows that the number of domestic and overseas visitors to Guilin is increasing year by year,and the total tourism income of Guilin is also increasing in the proportion of the whole city’s GDP recent years.Secondly,the paper analyzes the situation of the development of the tourism industry in Guilin,and the development of the tourism industry in Guilin.Then,the restricting factors of financial support to the development of Guilin tourism industry are discussed.On the basis of the above analysis of the development of the tourism industry in Guilin,three indexes of financial scale,financial efficiency and financial structure are selected asthe explanatory variables,and the development level of the tourism industry is used as the explanatory variable,and the development of the tourism industry in Guilin is analyzed.The empirical analysis shows that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the development of the tourism industry and the financial scale,the financial efficiency and the financial structure in Guilin,and the financial scale,the financial efficiency and the financial structure have a positive effect on the development of the tourism industry in the long period of time.In particular,the financial scale is increased by 1 percentage point,the tourism industry will be increased by 2.9035 percentage points,the financial efficiency is increased by 1percentage point,the tourism industry is increased by 0.1376 percentage points,the financial structure is increased by 1 percentage point,and the tourism industry is increased by 0.0836 percentage points.The Granger causality test shows that there is a two-way causal relationship between the financial scale and the development of the tourism industry in Guilin.The financial scale can promote the development of the tourism industry in Guilin,and the development of the tourism industry can also promote the expansion of the scale of the financial assets in Guilin.The financial efficiency is the cause of the development of the tourism industry in Guilin.The efficient financial operation efficiency can promote the development of Guilin tourism industry,and the financial structure is relatively weak in the short term to the development of the tourism industry in Guilin.Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis of the development of the tourism industry in Guilin,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of the tourism industry in Guilin.These suggestions include: strengthening financial support for the innovation of the development of the tourism industry in Guilin,such as the innovation of the tourism loan type,the financial innovation of the tourism bond,the management of the tourism assets and the innovation of the external business of the tourism,in the aspect of innovation;in the aspect of policy,To strengthen and improve the reform of the investment and financing system,perfect the financial service system,including the cultivation of the multi-level capital market,at the technical level,to improve the accuracy of the financial service tourism,and to use the “The Internet Plus model” to develop the tourism financial service,etc. |
