Study On The Financial Support Of Ethnic Villages Pro-Poor Tourism In Guilin

Poverty alleviation and development is an important work for our country,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China decided to proceed poverty alleviation with all strength we have.The effect of pro-poor tourism has been demonstrated by theory and practice.Ethnic village pro-poor tourism is the theoretical innovation according to the actual situation that our country is multinational.In these years,the national poverty relief office?people's bank and other departments introduce the financial support to our country tourism poverty alleviation work together.However,the study of financial support to ethnic village pro-poor tourism is laggard.And the serious financing problem in pro-poor tourism practice needs related research's improvement.In 2009,our country has been started projects to protect and develop ethnic villages.Guilin is multinational area,there are many ethnic villages with abundant cultural heritage and beautiful nature ecological landscape,so is has the base of pro-poor tourism development.With financial support from national to local,the pro-poor tourism development effect of ethnic villages in Guilin is obvious,especially those ethnic villages in Longji yao and zhuang ethnic terrace of Longsheng county has had national construction funds from 1999.Becauce of this,ethnic villages in Guilin are good cases to study the problem of financial support between supply and demand for ethnic villages pro-poor tourism.Under the guidance by the theories of empowerment theory and the rural financial supply and demand theory,this paper study ethnic villages tourism resource in Guilin,pro-poor tourism development conditions firstly,then choosing Dazhai and Pin Anzhai as cases to study financing sources and demands of tourism business operators in Guilin ethnic villages by questionnaires and SPSS20.0 software,and collecting and studying our country's financial supports to ethnic villages pro-poor tourism from the government?policy financial institutions?commercial finance and folk finance.Finally,study problems of financial supports to ethnic villages pro-poor tourism.At the same time,research solutions to resolve those problems above,including the government should give supports according to tourism development situation in poverty alleviation area,change traditional ways of using anti-poverty funds,guild folk finance correctly,etc.;because ethnic villages in Guilin are mainly located in poor rural areas,under the influence of the dual structure in urban and rural economy,the problem of rural finance is serious,the guarantee system for tourism enterprises business risk is lack;the problem of tourism enterprises in poor minority areas is also result in obtaining financial support difficultly,mainly because of lack of guaranteed mortgage,tourism enterprises in poor minority areas have develop difficulties?financing difficulties and financing channel sole,etc.This paper choosing ethnic villages as cases to study the problem of financial support between supply and demand is benefit for increasing study angle,and also increase the research related ethnic villages pro-poor tourism.Actually,this study maybe can give help to tourism industry development in Guilin ethnic villages,protect ethnic cultural heritage,improve local residents' ability of economic development,and the construction of Guilin international tourism resort.
