An Empirical Study On The Damage Of Farmers’ Rights And Interests In Agricultural Land Flow

The peasant issue is the core of the "three rural issues",and the protection of peasants’ rights and interests is the key to the peasant problem.The transfer of farmland has become the trend of rural agricultural development.The realization of agricultural modernization and large-scale operation through circulation is also a feasible way to realize agricultural power.However,due to imperfections and imperfections in markets,policies,and systems,the phenomenon of damage to farmers’ rights and interests in farmland circulation has frequently occurred,and agricultural land disputes triggered in some areas have not yet been resolved.The peasants’ rights and interests in the transfer of farmland are continuously damaged.It is of great significance to study the root causes,ways and solutions of the damage.Based on the connotation of agricultural land transfer and farmers’ rights and interests,this study analyzes the performance and reasons of farmers’ rights and interests damage in agricultural land circulation through the establishment of analytical framework.According to the research content,the questionnaire was designed to understand the current situation of rural farmland circulation and the reasons for the damage of farmers’ rights and interests in farmland circulation.According to the survey data,the Probit model was used for regression analysis,and the typical damage cases were used to deeply analyze the reasons for the damage of farmers’ rights and interests in agricultural land circulation.The results show that: First,the higher the turnover rate of agricultural land and the longer the circulation period,the possibility of damage to farmers’ rights and interests;the farmland circulation process does not calculate the area of the field,and the farmers are involuntarily transferred to the agricultural land,resulting in their rights and interests.The second is that farmers’ self-protection will not be strong in the transfer of agricultural land is also a factor that causes their rights and interests to be vulnerable.Third,the system is imperfect,the market is notperfect,the farmland circulation market is chaotic,and farmers’ rights and interests lack a guarantee mechanism.Finally,from the sound rural land system,the improvement of agricultural land transfer market,the establishment of a complete agricultural land transfer mechanism,the strengthening of the supervision mechanism of the transfer platform,the establishment of basic government department supervision mechanism,the regulation of basic government behavior,the improvement of rural social security system,medical security system Policy recommendations are given at the level of pension system,etc.,and provide reference materials for future research on farmers’ rights protection in farmland circulation.
