Tourist scenic spots are the material carrier of tourism development,it has become the core link guiding tourism development in the tourism industry.Since the quality rating of national tourist attractions has been carried out since 2000,the branding and standardization of tourism scenic spots with a focus on A-level tourist attractions has become the top priority in tourism development in various regions.A-level tourist attractions have also become important for the development and marketing of tourism products.Based on the construction of the Inner Mongolia A-level tourist scenic space database, this paper selects the five time sections of 2001,2005,2010,2015 and 2017 based on the number of scenic spots in Inner Mongolia from2001 to 2017.The economic difference measurement model quantitatively analyzes the spatial distribution of the A-level scenic spots in Inner Mongolia, the spatial distribution type of the scenic spots in the whole area by the nearest analysis method, the spatial correlation of the A-level scenic spot by spatial auto-correlation analysis, and the A-level analysis using the standard ellipticity difference. The overall change process of the scenic spot, and then the GIS spatial analysis method and factor analysis are used to analyze the factors affecting the spatial distribution pattern of the A-level scenic spots in Inner Mongolia from two aspects of natural conditions and human conditions. The results show that:(1)From the classification of tourism resources, there are 6 main categories,20 sub-categories and 42 basic types of 374 A-level scenic spots in Inner Mongolia, which account for the single type of tourism resources(8main categories,31 subclasses, and 155 basic types).75%,64.5%,and 27.1%of the classes, among them, buildings and facilities accounted for the largest proportion, followed by water landscapes and biological landscapes. The composition of 374 A-level scenic spots in the district is mainly based onhumanistic tourism resources and supplemented by natural tourism resources.Except for Wuhai City, all other leagues have four categories: geography landscape, water landscape, biological landscape, site remains, buildings and facilities, and human activities.(2)During the period, from 2001 to 2017,the total amount and annual growth of the A-level scenic spots in Inner Mongolia showed a linear growth, after two periods of smooth growth period(2001-2007)and rapid growth period(2008-2017);The internal hierarchical structure is unbalanced, and the2A-4A scenic spot is the main component of the Inner Mongolia A-level tourist scenic spot; The number of A-level scenic spots in Mengdong,Mengzhong and Mengxi tourist areas is significantly different.(3)The spatial distribution types of Inner Mongolia A-class scenic spots have experienced a process from uniform discrete-aggregation-strong agglomeration, which still belongs to the strong agglomeration type distribution;the distribution in each time dimension has obvious cluster centers. The center of the A-level tourist scenic spot moves between112°-116° east longitude and 41°-44° north latitude. It is basically located in the Xilin Gol League. The trajectory is "inverted V" and gradually moves westward and southward. The distribution center of gravity of each grade scenic spot changes with varying degrees, and the scenic spots are changed. The lower the level, the more dispersed the spatial distribution.(4)The distribution of Inner Mongolia A-class scenic spots along the traffic line is obvious, mainly through the change of the spatial structure of the growth pole-polar nuclear space structure to "point-axis" type, and the evolution of the network space structure has emerged in the Hubao area. The A-level scenic spot has developed from the initial geographical expansion stage to the gradually polarized stage. At present, the spatial area of the A-level scenic spot in the area accounts for 67.33% of the total area. There is still a lot of room for potential geographical expansion in the future.(5)The interaction of natural conditions and human conditions affects the distribution and change of scenic spots.Among them, natural elementssuch as topography, water body and vegetation are the intrinsic conditions for the development of A-level scenic spots. The altitude and topographic relief in the area are mainly concentrated in the range of 418-1732 meters and0.53-2.28°,which makes the scenic spots concentrated in this range;the number distribution of A-level tourist scenic spots gradually decreases with the increase of river buffer bandwidth. It is mainly concentrated in the river buffer zone of less than 10km;the difference of vegetation coverage affects the distribution of natural and human landscapes.Policy support, social integration level and traffic conditions are the external conditions for the development of A-level scenic spots. The local government's regulation and policy superposition will promote the development of A-level scenic spots. At the same time, the inclination of tourism policies in various leagues is an important cause of regional distribution differences;the level of social integration and the perfection of transportation networks and the development of A-level scenic spots Spatial distribution changes are highly coupled.
