The 18 th of the Chinese communist party national congress report clearly put forward that to establish a standard system of labor and labor relations coordination mechanism, strengthen labor security supervision and dispute mediation arbitration, puts forward new requirements for the construction of harmonious labor relations. Labor relationship is the most basic social and economic relations, the construction of a harmonious labor relationship is to maintain social stability and harmony, security and improve people’s livelihood. The labor relations in China still exist many problems, such as unbalanced labor force, labor increased conflict phenomenon, such as violations of the laborers’ rights and interests of more and more serious, and so on. Governments at all levels, although China has enacted a series of improving enterprise labor relations policy, laws and regulations, and has obtained certain result, but the enterprise labor relations tension, the situation of labor disputes contradiction increase did not completely change, severe labor conflicts will not only cause adverse effect to the laborer enterprise, more can affect the sustained growth of national economy and social stability. According to the present status of the labor relations in China, therefore, will the original evaluation index system of enterprise labor relations for further correction, to build a more scientific and reasonable, which accords with the situation of our country present stage with the characteristics of age, the applicability of the enterprise harmonious degree evaluation and early warning mechanism for labor relations applied research, has the very vital significance.In this paper, it is in this context, to the enterprise labor relations harmonious degree evaluation of exploratory research. The main idea of this article is in the understanding of labor relations, on the basis of relevant theories, clear the connotation of harmonious labor relations, analysis of the influence on the running state of the labor relations at the present stage in China, further analyzing the influence factors of labor relations, then enterprise evaluation index of design to build harmonious labor relations.First of all, this article will be to the domestic and foreign existing enterprises, labor relations and labor relations evaluation related research are reviewed, emphatically summarized in recent years, scholars about changes in labor relations and the research Angle of innovation research. This will be for us to study under the background of the current economic and social transition in China enterprises have very emphatically to the significance of labor relations. On this basis, to explore the characteristics of the enterprise labor relations, influence factors and the classification of the enterprise evaluation method.Secondly, through the above theoretical preparation to modify the original evaluation index system of labor relations, including the modification of the method and principle, data collection and questionnaire design, the establishment of index system, and validation, the determination of weight, and so on, mainly USES the method of data processing is the analytic hierarchy process and factor analysis. At the same time, this article will elaborate on the content of the original enterprise labor relations improved and meaning.In the end, will be in Shanghai in different industries, different nature, different scale enterprises as samples of the revised establish labor relations evaluation index system of enterprise, this paper, by means of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, data collection enterprise labor relations, which in turn will analyze the data and sorting, a new evaluation index system combining with the method of mathematical analysis of evaluation results. In the process of research, this paper adopted literature review and expert questionnaire, the index selection and the process of determining weight, using Delphi method, principal component analysis(PCA), analytic hierarchy process(AHP). This article hopes to base on the research of the enterprise harmonious labor relations evaluation index, to help Chinese enterprises to better evaluate their own status of labor relations, promote the improvement of the labor relations.
