Study On The Development Strategy Of The Quality Inspection Institute Of D City

At present,Chinese government is promoting the reform of inspection and testing institutions,competition between state-owned inspection and testing institutions,private inspection and testing institutions,foreign inspection and testing institutions are changing,the monopoly position of state-owned inspection and testing institutions continue to weaken.The quality inspection institute of D city,which faces a double test of reform and market competition,is a Government-affiliated institution.Based on the theory and method of enterprise strategic management,the paper studied the development strategy of the quality inspection institute of D city.First of all,the paper analysed the external development environment systematically with PEST,Porter's five forces model of competition and EFE matrix.The conclusion was that opportunities and challenges coexist,opportunities outweigh the challenges.Secondly,the paper analysed the status of assets,qualifications,business ability and management level.Then used the IFE matrix to evaluate the internal elements.The conclusion was that the advantages and disadvantages were basically balanced.Thirdly,with the help of SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix,the paper puted forward a conclusion that the reverse strategy was the optimal strategy for the quality inspection institute of D city.And made a " Market oriented strategy " overall strategic design,namely: Around the strategic goal of building a first class quality inspection highland which has a strong competitive advantage in China;To explore two major markets of D city and outside;To provide service for three large customers which include governments,enterprises and individuals;To improve four major business segments which include quality inspection,technical research and development,standard research and development,technology consulting;To highlighting five major business areas which include oil equipment,petroleum and chemical industry,nonferrous metals,light industrial building materials,electrical appliances.Finally,the paper studied the implementation of the strategy,and puted forward the strategic measures of strengthening the construction of talent team,strengthening the construction of technical ability,strengthening the construction of service brand,strengthening the construction of marketing network,strengthening the construction of comprehensive ability.
