With the rapid development of social media and mobile e-commerce,mobile social e-commerce emerges as the times require.It combines the advantages of social relationships,mobile networks and e-commerce to bring consumers' initiative into the fragmented social scene.People can go shopping wherever they are.Today,when the development of traditional e-commerce is slowing down,mobile social e-commerce breaks the time and space restrictions and Becomes the fastest growing industry.Offline food production operators actively shift to the online,WeChat becomes the network entrance,and wechat business becomes the new representative of mobile social e-commerce.A large number of wechat business l groups sell homemade food through WeChat platform,which brings great economic benefits and brings new challenges to the safety of homemade food.At present,it is difficult to effectively supervise the food safety supervision mode adopted by China in the territorial management and static supervision.Enhance the regulatory capacity of micro-businesses to sell homemade foods,prevent food safety accidents,and explore new regulatory models.Micro-commercial sales of homemade food,due to its low barrier to entry,high degree of network,low risk resistance,etc.,was the beginning of food safety supervision.Previously,the research content of experts and scholars in the field of food safety supervision and government regulatory departments mainly focused on the supervision of third-party platforms and the countermeasures for the protection of online consumer food rights,and the research on micro-commercial sales of homemade foods was relatively rare.Therefore,this article takes T County as an example,based on the supervision status of micro-commercial sales of homemade food,using literature research method,empirical research method and case analysis method,comprehensively applying social governance theory,government supervision theory and social interaction theory,etc.This paper discusses the main problems existing in the current food supervision system in the supervision of WeChat sales of homemade food safety,and carefully analyzes the causes of these problems.Based on the author's work experience,it puts forward some possible improvement ideas.The introduction part of this paper combs the research results of current WeChat social media,micro-business marketing and online food safety supervision.The first chapter defines the concepts of homemade food and food safety supervision,and introduces the social governance theory,government supervision theory and social communication theory.The second chapter explains the background reasons for the sales of homemade foods by Weishang.The micro-businesses that sell homemade foods are classified according to the standards of whether there are physical stores and whether there are any platforms.It is pointed out that micro-commercial sales of homemade foods is based on social relations.Important features.The third chapter takes T County as the representative to analyze the current WeChat sales self-made food regulatory system and existing regulatory practices,and puts forward the existing regulatory measures to the micro-business sales of homemade food can not be effectively supervised.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the current micro-business sales of self-made food supervision and the causes of the problems,and recognizes that the current food regulatory authorities are in a state of lack of supervision on the sale of homemade foods on WeChat.In the fifth chapter,based on the analysis of the existing problems of supervision,the paper puts forward the proposal of establishing social supervision based on credit as the core,based on social relations,and using network technology as an important means.
