In the modern futures market,resulting in a large number of enterprise employees of mass loss occurs.This kind of phenomenon is not the case,is widespread across the country,and within the enterprise,high turnover rate tends to come to the enterprise the following negative effects: increased operating costs,customer churn,which hinder the development of business,exposed internal resources,etc.,can severely disrupt the enterprise's normal operation state,reducing the speed of the development of the enterprise.And how to efficiently solve this major problem has become the domestic each big enterprise with one of the experts and scholars have paid close attention to the problem.The author takes the X Futures Company as the research object,makes an in-depth study and Analysis on the problem of the turnover of the Futures Company,with the help of human resource management theory,and compares it with the excellent enterprise YA Futures Company,and finally puts forward the author's prevention system for the same category of the brain drain of the same category of the X Futures Company.The main conclusions of this study are as follows :(1)the job satisfaction of X Futures Company business personnel is low,and the work stability is poor;(2)the lack of human planning,incentive system and training mechanism can easily lead to the loss of X business talents;(3)age,family and native place have a certain impact on the loss of X Futures Company business talents.Through a series of investigation and research of this paper and the prevention experience of the brain drain of the YA Futures Company,I put forward the prevention system for the brain drain of the X Futures Company:(1)completes the human resources operation framework and system strategy;(2)improve the multi-level distribution of talent;(3)to establish the mechanism of cultivating the innovative talents;(4)develop competitive the salary system;(5)to construct a perfect incentive system.
