With the development of economy and science and technology,fresh produce has become an indispensable part of people's life.In today's hot fresh produce market,it involves the picking,packaging,protection and transportation of fresh produce.To reduce the number of fresh agricultural products market risk,and realize the maintenance and appreciation of the fresh agricultural products,involved in the business of fresh agricultural products and the enterprise will be gathered in the performance evaluation and supply chain management mode,through the appropriate performance evaluation model and the logical way of supply chain management implementation of fresh agricultural products supply chain cost minimum,the highest efficiency.Supply chain performance evaluation is a critical part of the supply chain management,reasonable supply chain performance evaluation system is conducive to business and business insight into each link in the supply chain cost volatility,improve the competitiveness of the enterprises,thus to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fresh agricultural products supply chain to provide the scientific basis.The following research is made on the performance of fresh produce supply chain:In a deep understanding on the basis of the theory of supply chain management and supply chain performance evaluation,this paper analyzed the characteristics of fresh agricultural products supply chain,in view of the particularity of fresh agricultural products in transport,from the Angle of system,put forward the related performance evaluation system,through the combination of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation way all aspects of response supply chain operation condition.Using the grey system theory to deal with related qualitative indicators get grey evaluation weight,fuzzy mathematics method is used to analyse the quantitative index correlation processing to get membership value,will eventually combining grey evaluation weight and membership value together with the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for fresh agricultural products supply chain performanceevaluation.In this article,through the empirical analysis from the fresh agricultural products,combining with the modern supply chain theory,combining theory with practice and using the build of fresh agricultural products supply chain performance evaluation system of supply chain enterprise,make enterprise of fresh agricultural products supply chain value fluctuation more clear,understand shortcomings in the process of enterprise supply chain operation,adjust strategy or improvement scheme,to further promote the competitiveness of the enterprise,make the enterprise get better development in the future.
