The establishment of a strategic and scientific performance evaluation system is an important task to improve the internal management level,production quality and efficiency and maintain strategic competitive advantage.T company is one of the world's largest design and manufacturing enterprises of bridge erection equipment,heavy lifting equipment,special transport vehicles and pipe die.In recent years,due to macroeconomic factors,T company's main business,such as equipment and machinery manufacturing,has been impeded,and its benefit has declined.How to optimize the company's performance appraisal system,strengthen internal management and fully stimulate human resource potential has become an inevitable requirement for enterprises to deepen reform and adapt to market competition.This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the original performance appraisal system of T company,builds a set of scientific performance appraisal system based on KPI,and provides guidance for the efficient operation of the company.First of all,the paper puts forward the research background and significance,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the research content and research methods of this paper.Then the paper discusses the related theoretical research on performance,performance appraisal,performance appraisal indicator system and appraisal method.Secondly,the paper analyzed the basic situation and performance assessment status of T company,and analyzed the main problems existing in the performance assessment system and assessment process of T company through questionnaire survey.Then,this paper studies the design principles and design process of the performance appraisal system,the selection and determination of performance appraisal indicators at all levels,and the empowerment of performance appraisal indicators,and optimizes the KPI of T company's senior managers,department heads and employees.Finally,the paper discusses the implementation guarantee of T company's performance appraisal system from four aspects: organizational guarantee,cultural guarantee,institutional guarantee and platform guarantee.
