With the development of information technology,Internet+ has penetrated into every aspect of people's lives,completely changing people's traditional production and lifestyle,and greatly improving the efficiency of information communication.The Internet has become the most important channel for people to obtain information,and the learning,life and consumption habits of people who change from various aspects.Specific to agricultural production,the level of information quality of farmers is of great significance to the modernization of agricultural production in China and the effective resolution of the three rural issues.In 2016,the Chinese government first proposed the concept of rural development promoting “Internet + modern agriculture” and promoted the upgrading of the agricultural industrial chain.However,as a core participant in realizing "Internet + Modern Agriculture",the quality of information is directly related to the success or failure of agricultural information development.Therefore,studying the status quo of farmers' information literacy in China and proposing targeted promotion strategies can fundamentally solve the problem of the connection between agriculture and the Internet,so that farmers can actively,actively and effectively use the Internet to assist agricultural production and increase farmers' income and income.Taking the information productivity theory and human capital theory as the guidance,the survey method was adopted to investigate and analyze the information awareness,information needs,information acquisition and information utilization ethics of farmers' information quality,and statistical analysis of Neijiang farmers information.The status quo of quality.On this basis,the factors affecting the information quality of farmers are studied from three aspects: personal factors,government service factors and social development factors.The analytic hierarchy process is used to judge their weights,and finally the policy of improving farmers' information quality is proposed.Suggest.The study found that among the four dimensions of farmers' information quality,the information quality of farmers in Neijiang City is not optimistic,and there are different degrees of problems.The causes of these problems are mainly reflected in the three aspects of farmers' personal factors,government service factors and social development factors.The main countermeasures for improving the information quality of farmers in Neijiang City: improving the level of government information services,strengthening the training of farmers' information quality,and improving the ability of social network agricultural information services.The research in this paper believes that “giving people to fish is not as good as giving people to fish”,and to realize the development of “Internet + modern agriculture”,it is necessary to improve the information quality of farmers and agricultural producers.
