Nowadays,more than 30 billion people drink tea in more than 160 countries and regions,and tea is rich in many beneficial substances.?Drinking tea is good for health? is the common cognition of the world.China is the hometown of tea as well as the world's largest tea producing and impaortant exporting country,and tea has become one of the necessities for the daily life Chinese.But there is no macro industrial chain,the tea industry in China,lacking of asymmetric information in quality and safety,scarced capital problems.the adverse selection and moral hazard caused by Information asymmetry.In order to solve these problems in tea industry,this article puts forward TTF domain theory to the manage the economy,which deeply fuses three elements,that is,the?second-hand car market?trade and industry,technology,and finance for the governance,reconstruction and development of tea industry.Through the actual investigation,this paper proves the problems of the quality and safety of tea industry,the phenomenon of second-hand car market and the lack of mature financial products.Based on the fractal theory of the Taff(TTF)domain,the life chain of tea industry is constructed from ?learning-research-production-up-to-middle? through the Internet,data mining,chain blocks,artificial intelligence,human-computer interaction,five kinds of information technology on the vera,the industry related subjects in products and services,the financing ability of moral integrity of TTF tea domain,reveals the information of multidimensional mining.As a result,it is to identify the bad faith of the tea industry,and to exclude it.In anther words,classify and isolate the construction of the tea industry moral market.Through club welfare,reputation welfare,cost and welfare,financial welfare,four kinds of regional benefits to enhance stickiness,using the credit of financial system technology,it provides the scarce resources with the credit and creates the small-scale system credit resourses bases on shadow technology.Moeover,by using the inferior technology to mobilize charitable funds,venture capital funds,government guidance funds,pure market funds and domain funds,TTF reconstructs the relationship structure of the relevant parties of tea industry chain,which is an innovative mode of development in tea industry.The paper finally pointed out in the direction and put forward the policy suggestions for the relief of the tea enterprise's predicament,and finally carried out the feasibility verification through the questionnaire survey.
