Study On Risk Management Of Small Foreign Trade Between China And Pakistan

Risk management and risk issues pertaining to small foreign trade is on the increase.With the promotion of "The Belt and Road" strategy,China and Pakistan trade has entered a new stage of development,but also a lot of new risks,especially the risk management of small trade,so the research on risk management of small and medium-sized foreign trade Chinese and Pakistan,has a very important significance for the development of bilateral trade.The central question that it investigates is what is the risk factor among small foreign trade between China and Pakistan? What does this risk factors comprise? Why does this risk exist and what are the plausible means of addressing it? The increase of risk has been attributed to a number of factors.At the crux of it is the proliferation of technology and the integration of economies.This is accentuated especially with the rise of China into a global buoyant economy and industrial power house for the world's production and supply of industrial finished goods.Through investigation,statistics and empirical study,this paper analyses the risk factors of small foreign trade between China and Pakistan,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for these risks.The empirical results was generated from the use of Statistical Package for Social Science(SPSS).The paper is centered on an empirical analysis of risk management reporting and draws upon existing theory in order to define the necessary test factors and to the extent that it is relevant for drawing conclusions on the knowledge obtained from the empirical research and observation.It is important to mention that key research findings are made and deduced from the methodological analysis and as a conclusions and generalizations are made.The study concludes on the finding of political risk,currency fluctuation,and terrorism threat.
