Research On Agricultural Trade Between China And Pakistan

China has deep diplomatic relations with Pakistan and is an all-weather partner in recent years.In 2006,the two sides signed the Free Trade Agreement and proposed the construction of "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor" in 2015.In this context,bilateral agricultural trade cooperation is also in close progress.Based on the above research background,this paper studies the development of agricultural trade between China and Pakistan.Firstly,the paper describes the current situation of agricultural trade between China and Pakistan,first of all,from the agricultural development of the two countries,The scale of bilateral agricultural trade is analyzed(Chapter II),and then the classification standard of agricultural products is adopted by SITC.The structure of bilateral agricultural product trade and the structure of external market are combed out(Chapter 3,Chapter 4),and the competitiveness and complementarity of bilateral agricultural trade are analyzed and evaluated by using the index of trade.Then(Chapter 5),the trade cost,total trade cost and trade between China and other countries are calculated.Then(chapter 6)the factors that affect the trade of agricultural products between China and Brazil are studied by using gravity model,and the index of comparative advantage and the cost of trade are introduced into the equation,and the main influencing factors are further analyzed.Finally,the paper summarizes the problems existing in the trade of agricultural products between China and Pakistan,and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions.In the research of this paper,not only the current situation and structure of agricultural trade between China and Pakistan are combed in detail,but also the competitive and complementary agricultural products in the trade between China and Pakistan are found.And the influencing factors on bilateral agricultural trade.The following conclusions are drawn: first,China is in a surplus position in agricultural trade between China and Brazil,and the surplus trend is gradually expanding,and the market structure is unbalanced;second,the structure of trade exchanges is concentrated.Too single 26(textile fiber and its waste / 05)(vegetables and fruits /(grain and its products))are dominant in bilateral trade,and the added value of these agricultural products is low;3 Yes,China has a strong comparative advantage in the Pakistani market in 26 categories(textile fiber and its waste,zongzao 04)(grain and its products(coffee,cocoa and its products)).Bilateral agricultural trade is complementary,especially 26 categories(textile fibers and their wastes)are most complementary.As far as classified agricultural products are concerned,the trade competitiveness of the five groups(vegetables and fruits)is the strongest,but on the whole,the bilateral agricultural products are not highly competitive.Fourthly,it is found that the factors that affect the trade of agricultural products between China and Pakistan are the total economic volume of the two countries.The distance between the two countries,bilateral trade costs,comparative advantage index,whether the two countries are adjacent,The cost of trade between China and China has seriously hindered bilateral agricultural trade.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes to strengthen the level of agricultural science and technology and exchange and cooperation,give full play to the comparative advantages of agricultural products,implement the strategy of diversification of agricultural products,and promote the construction of connectivity.Reduce trade cost,advance agricultural product trade information construction opinion suggestion.
