At present,the scale of the market is growing at an incredible speed,entrepreneurs like birds have come into play,the increasingly intense competition in the industry.Some analysis shows that,there are currently 300 to 400 consumer UAVs in China,employing more than ten thousand people.The future needs of our more than 10 thousand consumer UAV,with this simple calculation,the future market space of up to $50 billions.The consumption of the type of UAV detonated industry boom,the future will enter thousands of households,in the face of increasingly fierce competition,in addition to maintaining the leading technology,how the system lasting competitive advantage of marketing strategy,will become the key factors of the consumption of the type of UAV enterprise can win the market.The research object of this paper to the consumption of Z company,on the current market under the background of the consumption of the type of UAV marketing strategy,including five parts: firstly,the background of the current consumer market overview of UAV;secondly,introduce Z company,and pointed out that Z company's consumer level UAVs marketing problems;thirdly,through PEST,competitive,demand study,analysis the Z company's external environment;then,analysis the internal environment on the consumption of the type of Z,under the analysis about internal and external environment of Z company consumer UAV product,using SWOT to analyze Z UAV marketing strategy;finally,in the first four parts systematically,from the perspective of 4Ps,analysis of Z company's consumer level UAVs marketing strategy,,finally,combined with the current industry background,consumer demand and product characteristics of Z company,from the perspective of 4Ps,give suggestions to Z.To provide some useful thoughts and suggestions to optimize the expected UAV marketing strategy,and hope to provide some reference for the consumer UAV industry enterprises of marketing strategy,in order to promote the benign development of the consumption of the type of UAV industry.
