Network marketing is a kind of business activity which uses the network,communication and digital media technology to realize the marketing target.It broadens the marketing channel of the enterprise,breaks the restriction factors such as the enterprise scale,and so on,so that the small enterprises can also carry out foreign trade activities.Chinese Network marketing started later than other countries,but the development is fast.There are more and more micron type foreign-trade companies starting to use network marketing.to develop their business.Zhengzhou AW Company is a small foreign trade enterprise which established in the year of 2013,mainly engaged in network marketing of the super-hard materials industry.This paper is the study of the network marketing strategy of Zhengzhou AW company.Firstly,it analyzed company's internal and external environment.Then,it was found two major problems of the network marketing of Zhengzhou AW company through the questionnaire.the network marketing system is not perfect and customer satisfaction is not high.Then,the author draws the countermeasures to improve the network marketing strategy and improve the customer satisfaction through the in-depth analysis of the fish-bone map,such as widening the network marketing channel,optimize the company website construction,effectively control the cost,reduce the staff mobility,investigate the export market,to enhance communication and communication with foreign customers,to strengthen the training of business personnel,to improve the timeliness of services.In general,this paper analyzes the problems of Zhengzhou AW Company's network marketing on the network marketing basis of the concept,characteristics and methods,and puts forward the countermeasures to guide the work practice of Zhengzhou AW Company.Zhengzhou AW company has the typical characteristics of the small foreign trade enterprises.After this study,you can find a suitable way for the network marketing strategy of this enterprise.It can also be other small foreign trade network marketing strategy establishment and optimization process forreference.
