Last few years,with the rapid development of the domestic economy,insurance industry is developing rapidly as one of the important industries in the Chinese economy,and insurance companies have become the key enterprises in the development of modern service industry.In addition to social medical insurance,modern commercial insurance exists as an important supplement to China's social security system.With the increase in disposable income of residents,the demand for insurance for residents has also increased,and the business volume of insurance companies has also increased year by year.This increase in demand has led to an increase in the number of insurance agent practitioners.At present,the contract signed by the insurance salesperson and the insurance company is an insurance agency contract,not a labor contract.This special contractual relationship also promotes the retention of the insurance agent without being restrictive and frequent.The loss of insurance sales persons has led to a policy that no one is responsible for.This kind of insurance policy after the original sales clerk leaves the company is called "orphan policy" in the industry.Life insurance is mostly a long-term life insurance contract.These orphan insurance policies will not affect the insurance agent at the beginning of the termination of the agency contract,because there are generally fewer related insurance events such as claim insurance.However,as time passes,management methods are constantly updated,and the surrounding environment changes,these orphan policies gradually appear to have some representative problems.The extent of the damage caused by these problems is also different.However,in general,it will cause trouble or loss to the customer,and will also cause operational risks and unnecessary losses to the enterprise.Therefore,improving the management of orphan policy is particularly important for life insurance companies.Based on the current customer complaints caused by orphan insurance policies,this paper analyzes the current status of the company's current orphan policy management,analyzes the root causes of the problems and ensures sound management methods and perfect evaluation standards through reasonable orphan policy distribution.the problems brought by orphan insurance can be solved through worry management.The research in this paper is to solve the problem from the perspective of life insurance company orphan policy management,which is targeted for GS,a long-term life insurance company.At the same time,its research conclusions have certain reference significance for other life insurance companies.
