Research On CK Company's Supply Chain Management Optimizatio

Supply chain management is now an important part of enterprise management,competition between enterprises and a large part of the supply chain competition.Since its establishment in 1992,CK Company has been focusing on the research and development and manufacturing of nuclear instruments for more than 20 years,among which surface density measuring instrument is the most important testing instrument for quality control in the production process of lithium batteries.CK Company has the problem of mismatch between personnel and positions in its supply chain.Many planned materials,different production cycle length,lack of planning and planning problems;The procurement of machinery enterprises lack of strict control means on the price of suppliers,it is difficult to reduce the cost of procurement;It is difficult for warehouse machinery enterprises to carry out standardized and standardized management on daily warehouse storage.CK company urgently needs to improve supply chain operation level and enhance enterprise competitiveness by integrating internal and external resources through supply chain optimization and systematic research and analysis.I served as the chairman’s assistant in CK Company,mainly in charge of the company’s finance,supply chain coordination and internal management.Supply chain management optimization has always been the focus of my work,and this paper is also written based on my actual work experience.This paper conducted a questionnaire survey and analysis of CK company’s industry status quo and supply chain status quo,and conducted quantitative analysis through SCOR evaluation system to find out the existing problems of CK Company’s supply chain.And carry on the in-depth investigation and research to the enterprise,analyze the deep-seated causes of the problems.Define the principles of supply chain optimization,design and demonstrate the implementation of supply chain optimization according to the expectations of the company leaders.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of supply chain optimization design,a series of optimization safeguard measures are proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of the whole process.Through the study of this article,the CK company with reference to the SCOR model to optimize the existing supply chain,supply chain operations for CK company level further opens up a new train of thought and methods,related research theory and research work in the same industry enterprise supply chain optimization development stage to play a certain reference value,but also to meet the demand of practical development to lay a solid foundation.
