With the development of China’s economy and the continuous growth of residents’ willingness to consume,the role played by fresh agricultural products in the market economy system has become more and more important.The competition among fresh agricultural companies has evolved from simple product and service competition to competition between supply chain and supply chain.In order to achieve greater goals,enterprises of each node in the supply chain must take the core enterprise as the center,collaborate with each other and efficiently cooperate with each other by combining the actual situation of the enterprises,and create suitable products to reach the end consumers on time and accurately with suitable services.In order to achieve the overall goal of the supply chain,each node enterprise must optimize the supply chain in real time in order to win with absolute advantages in the competition.Especially,the supply chain of fresh agricultural products requires the timeliness of operation links and the efficiency of logistics cold chain level,which puts forward higher requirements for the optimization of the supply chain.In this paper,we take Fresh Produce Company A as an example to study the optimization of fresh produce supply chain based on SCOR model.It mainly discusses the supply chain process,organizational structure and functions of A fresh produce company as well as the optimization through supply chain performance evaluation system to help company A improve the problems in the original supply chain and carry out testing control and safeguard measures for the optimized supply chain to ensure the effective implementation of the company’s supply chain optimization.The specific research includes:(1)Taking A fresh produce company as the research object,the supply chain process diagnosis and supply chain performance evaluation system analysis based on SCOR model,summarize the existing problems of A fresh produce company,and formulate the supply chain optimization plan according to the existing problems.(2)Based on the SCOR model,the functional,top,configuration,process,implementation,function and performance evaluation systems of Fresh Produce Company A were optimized and designed to improve the competitiveness of the company,promote the overall competitiveness of the supply chain of Fresh Produce Industry by optimizing the supply chain of Fresh Produce Company A,and provide guidance and reference for more enterprises to optimize their supply chain.Firstly,we summarize the research results of SCOR model by domestic and foreign scholars,and introduce the theoretical results of supply chain,agricultural supply chain and SCOR model in detail.Secondly,we analyze the current situation of the supply chain of fresh produce company A in terms of planning,purchasing,production,inventory,sales,returns and organizational structure,and conduct a supply chain process diagnosis and supply chain performance system analysis based on the SCOR model,identify the gaps between the company and the standards of the SCOR model,and analyze the problems and causes.Again,according to the supply chain hierarchy provided by the SCOR model,the supply chain process,organizational structure and functions as well as the supply chain performance evaluation system of A fresh produce company were optimized to help the company improve the problems of the original supply chain.Then,the optimized supply chain is tested and controlled and managed,and corresponding safeguards are formulated to ensure the effective implementation of supply chain optimization in Company A.Finally,the whole paper is summarized and the shortcomings of the paper and the prospect of the future development direction are pointed out. |
