Along with the pace of China's reform and opening up,the real estate industry has gradually developed from exploration in the 1980 s and has become a pillar industry for China's national economic development.With the urbanization construction of Chongqing,the real estate industry has also been promoted.The number of real estate enterprises has reached 2,391,with 86,602 employees.However,under the background of China's transformation and upgrading,the real estate industry is encountering stricter management,more standardized development and more intense competition.The challenges faced by real estate enterprises are even more severe.The traditional extensive management model has not adapted to the new one.The development requirements under the situation,how to more effectively improve the job satisfaction of employees,and constantly encourage employees to actively participate in the work,will largely determine the talent advantage and competitive advantage of the real estate enterprise,the survival of real estate enterprises and Development has an important role to play.Through sorting out the researches on work values,job satisfaction and job involvement by domestic and foreign scholars,this study takes Fishbein's theoretical conceptual model that employees' work values influence their work attitudes and thus their work behaviors as the theoretical model of this study.Using Hou Ye-fang,Li Yan-ping and Tu Yi-dong's(2014)work values scale,Zhang Xiao-ning and Gu Ying's(2010)job satisfaction scale,Zhang Yi-wen,Gan Yi's et al.UWES scale,we conducted our study on the 45 operations and 276 employees in Chongqing real estate development enterprises.Then,we use SPSS statistical analysis software to analyze the influence of work values on work engagement and the mediate role of job satisfaction,through correlation analysis,multiple linear regression and structural equation model.The results of empirical analysis confirm that:(1)Work values of employees in Chongqing real estate enterprises is significant positive related to work engagement(? = 0.34),and significant positive related to the three dimensions of work engagement,vitality,dedication and concentration(? = 0.43,0.29,0.23);(2)Work values of employees in Chongqing real estate enterprises is significant positive related to their job satisfaction(? = 0.42);(3)Job satisfaction of employees in Chongqing real estate enterprises has a partial mediating effect on the influences of work values on work engagement(? = 0.66,Sobel z = 8.19,95% CI=[0.21,0.24]).On the one hand,the research conclusion of this paper can provide a theoretical and empirical basis for the localization of the work values of employees in China's real estate enterprises,and provide a new situational impact on the impact of the work values of employees in real estate enterprises on work input,which plays an important role in the discussion of the two mechanisms in the future.On the other hand,it also provides some guidance for Chinese enterprises,especially real estate enterprises,to organize and manage practical work.The research conclusion is helpful for real estate enterprises to deepen their understanding of their employees,and at the same time to find out possible problems in the daily management of enterprises,which is conducive to improving the management level of enterprises and promoting the improvement and development of modern management system of enterprises.
