The rise of the sharing economy has brought important opportunities to various o rganizations,and it has inevitably brought about enormous challenges.The challenge is mainly caused by the violently changing external environment leading to the uncertaint y and complexity of organizational tasks.To effectively cope with this challenge,the team-based management approach has gradually been valued by enterprises.At the sam e time,with the popularization of education,knowledge workers play an important rol e in the organization as a carrier of knowledge,and the construction of various knowl edge teams can help organizations effectively cope with the changing external environ ment,but organize existing management.The way is not well qualified for the manag ement of the knowledge team.As a new management model,shared leadership,in a dynamic situation,team me mbers can flexibly change leadership roles according to the needs of the task,and wo rk together to share responsibility to achieve team goals.It not only helps the organiz ation to cope with the changing external environment,but also meets the requirements of the knowledge team for the organization and management.Compared with foreign r esearch on shared leadership,domestic scholars are not involved in it.Enterprise compe tition is the competition of talents.Profit maximization is no longer a single factor to measure the success of enterprises.Enterprises begin to pay attention to people-orient ed management,care whether employees have a high degree of job satisfaction in the work process,whether it will have a positive impact on their work input,and can fu rther positively affect their individual work performance.Therefore,this article will expl ore the relationship between shared leadership,job satisfaction and job engagement in the context of China.This article takes knowledge workers as the research object.Through literature re view,questionnaires and SPSS21.0 statistical analysis,470 valid samples are empiricall y analyzed,and the shared leadership,job satisfaction and work are deeply studied.In vesting between the relationships and drawing the following conclusions:(1)Shared leadership has a significant positive impact on staff input.(2)Share d leadership has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction.(3)Job satisfaction h as a significant positive impact on employee engagement.(4)Job satisfaction has a pa rtial mediating role in the shared leadership's impact on employee input.
