Research On Innovation Of Enterprise Business Model Based On Business Ecosystem

With the advent of the Internet era,the enterprise’s operating environment has undergone tremendous changes.The development of information technology caused the rise and prosperity of business ecosystem in the economic field,the industrial mode changed from the traditional big enterprises and supply chain to industrial ecotype;value creation mode changed from the linear supply chain and value chain to value network and value ecosystem model.The development trend of the future business model is how to construct a co-evolution commercial ecosystem,and the competition among enterprises will gradually evolve into the competition of the ecosystem.In this context,the rise and fall of enterprises or even survival is deeply affected by their commercial ecosystem.Thus,the enterprise competition is transformed from the individual competition between individuals,the chain competition between the supply chain and the value chain into the overall competition between the commercial ecosystems.In a changing market environment,enterprises should keep pace with the changing times,build a dynamic business model which can constantly adapt to changes in the external environment,actively carry out the business model innovation,grasp the opportunities and challenges from internal and external environment.Only by really mastering every link of the business model can we form a truly competitive business model.This paper aims to provide a macro and long-term strategic perspective for enterprises to look at their own operating environment,standing in the business ecosystem perspective,namely in the sense of systematization,coordinated development,maximum value and mutualism to look at the survival and development of itself and other stakeholders,to avoid enterprise management myopia,help enterprises achieve their own business model innovation,so as to achieve sustainable development.This paper starts with the basic theories of business ecosystem and business model innovation,and then analyzes the current business model based on a new perspective of business ecosystem.First of all,compare and analyze the business model of the businessecosystem perspective and the traditional business model,highlight the advantages of the former,and demonstrate the necessity of analyzing the business model from the perspective of business ecosystem.Then,the construction of enterprise business model based on business ecosystem is carried out,define the connotation of the business model based on this angle,and analyze the main body involved.On the basis of previous research results and related theories,this paper summarizes and establishes the "4-8" structure system of business model based on the perspective of business ecosystem.Based on the structure system,the path and strategy of business model innovation are put forward,then based on the actual case of Alibaba,analyzes the business model and innovation strategy in the view of business ecosystem,use analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate the innovation effect,and the financial indicators are analyzed as auxiliary evaluation,get a better innovation effect,thus the rationality and feasibility of the "4-8" structure system and the innovation path are demonstrated.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the better construction and innovation of the enterprise business model based on the perspective of business ecosystem,hoping to give reference to help enterprises which survive in a complex business environment achieve long-term development.
