In recent years,with the continuous development of financial innovation and business diversification,the competition of traditional state-owned commercial banks,direct selling institutions,internet of things institutions and internet financial institutions are increasingly fierce in the field of financial lending field.Professional talents of investment,trading,wind control,IT and other fields have become the core competitiveness of financial enterprises.Career management aims to establish a career management system based on organizational development requirements and individual growth needs,providing employees with an environment conducive to personal career development,systems,training,guidance,promoting the win-win interests of organizations and employees,and ultimately achieving organizational strategic objectives and personal career development goals.At present,China's research in this field is still in the stage of tracking,evolution,digestion and absorption,and the practice of career management in the field of internet finance is still in the exploratory and experimental period.Most internet financial enterprises have not yet established an efficient endogenous talent market,and have not yet established an efficient and orderly career management system.So that employee career development goals and career development paths lack of necessary guidance,which shows that the career management research in domestic internet financial industry is still relatively weak.This study focuses on the employee career management dilemma in the internet financial industry,choosing A company as our research object.According to the human resource management experience in A company,based on career management theory,this study combs the related concepts and basic theories of career management,and synthetically diagnoses the career of A company.The study diagnoses the present career management situation of the company and sorts out the problems existing in the employee career management of A company.Combining with strategic orientation and problem orientation,through the design of career development goals,this study defines the standardized process of career goals setting,adjusting and evaluating.Through the design of career development paths,the study designs career development paths and qualifications standard for each sequence of employees on the basis of sequence design,position setting and grade division.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of employee career management of A company,this study designs some supporting measures,including the establishment of career management consulting service system and career information sharing channels,the improvement of training and development,salary incentives and performance evaluation system linked to career management,which leads that the career management is closely linked with other human resources management modules,building a sound career management system,enriching the theory and methods of career development management research scope of application,and enhancing the operability of enterprise career management practice.We hope this study could solve similar problems for internet financial enterprises and help them to improve their employee career management with providing advices and suggestions for reference.
