With the deepening of economic globalization,under the new situation,adjust the transformation of government functions and the interest rate marketization trend clearly further,represented by Internet financial emerging financial forms,the commercial bank spreads narrow space,makes the agency business in the field of involving people's livelihood bank performs the important places for business competition,in the bank and business transformation and contain enormous opportunities for development in the new round competition.From changes in the market at present and the future development trend,"either transition or eliminated" has become the inevitable choice of the current domestic commercial banks,and is brought to the business for a source of income is mainly for large state-owned commercial banks,brought to success for business transformation is the relationship between banks and the key to success or failure,makes agency business of state-owned commercial banks brought to one of the "main force" business transformation and innovation.This paper selected the Construction Bank Area of Inner Mongolia Branch institution business as the research object,conduct external analysis of the business of the organization through PEST analysis,five forces model and other methods,and conduct internal analysis of the business of the organization through resource analysis and capability analysis,pointed out that in strategic optimization of the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages,through the SWOT analysis of institutions should adopt differential competitive strategy conclusion,namely,including customers,products,services,location of the differences between business strategy.Finally,it sets up strategic safeguard measures from six aspects of human resource management,financial management,technical level,marketing management,organizational management and risk management,providing necessary guarantee for the business development of China Construction Bank Inner Mongolia Branch.
