Research On The International Business Development Strategy Of China Construction Bank Inner Mongolia Branch

It plays an important role for the China Construction Bank in its development and reform. Accelerating the development of international business is the general trend. We should be fully aware of the status and role of international business from a strategic height.International business plays an important role in the development of China Construction Bank. It is not only an important traditional business, but more a significant part of integrated management. In recent years, the CCB branch of Inner Mongolia in the planning of the implementation of international business is very effective. It laid a solid foundation and has made great progress in the general la yout, the asset scale, profit growth, product innovation and so on. Its indicators and performances have outstanding performance. Business strategy, management capability, process design, technical support, service quality and efficiency are among the forefront of peers. It also made an important contribution in the implementation of the strategy of comprehensiveness, multi-functional and intensive management.The international business of construction bank branch of Inner Mongolia has basically had the basis and conditions of the high-speed run, and it is preparing the overall acceleration. It is slightly weaker than the Bank of China and ICBC, but it still has obvious advantages when it compared with other Chinese Banks. International business is a strategic business. It is an indispensable part in strategic layout and comprehensive management. Facing the good momentum of growth, we should be fully aware of the status and role of international business, strengthen the international business strategy research and improve overall business competitiveness of CCB in Inner Mongolia branch from a strategic height.In this paper, I apply the theory of enterprise strategic management and the analytic method of SWOT, combining with the actual situation of CCB international business development. I make a research of the Inner Mongolia branch of CCB international business development strategy. Its aim is to make its international business maintain good momentum of growth, enhance competitiveness, and promote its t ransformation and development.
