Research On The Development Strategy Of "Agriculture, Countryside And Farmers" In The Sales Department Of Agricultural Bank Of China Inner Mongolia Branch

In recent years, with the emphasis on rural finance has been increasingly promoted and resource input expanding,the rural financial environment has been significantly improved, the county economy has emerged as a new force.The county economy is part of our national economy, Agricultural Bank of China is inseparable from the county economy.County subbranch of Agricultural Bank of China is the typical of our financial instiution in rual areas,it fully plays the role of raising rural idle capital and meeting the needs of rural credit.For Agricultural Bank of China,over half of its assets,branch offices,staff are established in counties,meanwhile,it is facing the crucial period of rural financial restructuring and overall reform of its own.Therefore,they are unavoidable problems for Agricultural Bank of China as well as to be severe selected with strategy,such as the orientation of businness development,function positioning and related managerial system under new situation of county economy development.My thesis focus on the Issues concerning the three agriculturals(agriculture,Countryside and farmers)which belongs to sales department of Inner Mongolia branch of Agricultural bank of China,with solid researches I expressed its present state of business development, made analyses of its existing problems.In addressing prolems,combing know-hows and working experience,according to the analysis method of SWOT,I put forward its guiding principles,objects and other principles,stepping into optimizing management institution,building efficiency system,improving channel construction;strengthening construction of maketing system,enriching and improving product system,expanding quality buyers,saling key products and soliding market share;improving checkup and evaluation system;speeding up product innovtion and competitiveness of county economy;solidating risk control,reaching the strategic measures related to sustainable development.In order to find a road either favorable to the all-round development for our branch or win-win for county economy in a more rapid and better way, I presented the thesis as a scientic decision reference to our branch.
