Case Study Of Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. Based On Harvard Analytical Framework

With the progress of science and technology and the innovation of business model,enterprises have higher and higher requirements of financial information.In the 1.0 era,accounting computerization could be applied at the department level,then it evolved to serve for the financial management system at the enterprise level,and then became the current financial cloud application at the level of serving for the whole society.The functional role of finance also evolved from simple financial accounting to financial management,and then to the current financial service.2018 is the 30 th anniversary of the establishment of YONYOU network.In the past 30 years of development,YONYOU network has finished several transitions.When the market climate changes significantly,the company can still take the leading position in this industry.Based on the analysis tool—harvard analysis framework,this paper applies it to the actual financial analysis,trying to make a comprehensive and objective scientific evaluation of YONYOU network technology co.,LTD.This paper is mainly based on the annual financial reports of YONYOU network from 2013 to 2018,and uses the calculation of financial indicators to analyze and evaluate the financial report data of the six years that from 2013 to 2018.Although there are still some inaccuracy in the selection of financial indicators and calculation of results,it exists some practical significance to enterprises to improve management mode,improve efficiency and promote development.From the perspective of financial analysis,this paper adopts the harvard analysis framework and combines the financial annual reports’ data of YONYOU network technology co.,ltd.in the past six years to conduct a comprehensive financial analysis of this enterprise.In the research process,the author makes full use of the harvard analytical framework and give suggestions about the enterprise management of software development industry by referring to relevant research data of the software development industry.After analyzing the financial data of enterprise in recent years,I summed up some key changes and the possible trends of financial indicators,I sought the internal logics of these changes and analyzed the possible reasons.For the problems that found during the analyzing process,I will make suggestions for improments,aiming to promote the long-term and stable development of YONYOU network technology co.,LTD.
