Energy management contract is a kind of energy saving service mechanism and a kind of energy service mode generally recognized by all countries in the world at present.Through the technical transformation or energy facility construction provided by energy service companies or investors,the energy cost of energy-using units can be reduced to compensate for the large investment in the early stage,so as to achieve a win-win situation.Based on the green development concept,the development goal of building a better China,combined with the actual situation of China’s energy industry,has broad prospects.However,due to many reasons,such as more investment in the early stage of the Energy management contract project,long return cycle,and difficulty in identifying the transformation results,the expansion of the market has met a bottleneck.In this paper,the Energy management contract and the related theory of marketing did briefly,introduced the development of Energy management contract at home and abroad,on the basis of practical experience,analysis of the industry advantage,potential,problems and coping strategies,etc.,and for Energy management contract company as the research object,carried out a comprehensive in-depth study.This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of the company,analyzes the domestic market and the development of the industry,studies the company’s marketing strategy and marketing status,and puts forward the improvement measures of marketing strategy centering on the four aspects of product,price,channel and promotion according to the marketing mix theory.This study can help similar enterprises overcome marketing difficulties,promote the further promotion of Energy management contract projects in China,and promote the industrialization process of China’s Energy management contract;It is of great significance for promoting the development of energy service enterprises to establish a Energy management contract and marketing model that is suitable for China’s national conditions and conforms to the characteristics of specific industries.
