Study On Evaluation Method Of Instrument Procurement Project

Facing the competition under the new situation,companies continue to increase investment in product development and quality control.Various laboratory instruments are becoming increasingly important.In order to rationally allocate resources and improve investment efficiency,companies have to set up an evaluation method of instrument procurement project.Therefore,companies can prevent instruments from duplicate procurement or lying idle,and achieve the goal of decreasing cost and increasing efficiency.The results of qualitative evaluation are not quantifiable and comparable,so the evaluation of projects is not comprehensive,concrete and objective.Companies need to establish a quantitative,scientific and comprehensive evaluation system.Combined with S Tobacco Company's long-term development strategy and rich experience of laboratory instrument procurement projects,this thesis analyses the problems existing in the evaluation of S Tobacco Company's procurement project and traces global trends in evaluation system.In order to achieve the goal of “science + system” management,"5W1H" and expert survey are used to determine the factor of evaluation index system.Analytic hierarchy process is applied to calculate the weight of indexes,and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is employed to implement the project evaluation.Finally,a complete evaluation system of the project procurement project is built to put forward innovative strategy for the future project evaluation.
