Study On The Development Of Tobacco Farmers' Cooperatives In Luzhou Region

This paper makes an in-depth investigation on the status quo of Luzhou Tobacco Farm Cooperatives and finds out the problems in the development process of Luzhou Tobacco Farm Cooperative,and it is of great significance to put forward the rationalization proposal to solve these problems.Taking Luzhou City of Sichuan Province as an example,200 data questionnaires were collected by collecting the data and information in the form of questionnaire,and 180 valid questionnaires were collected.The recoveries of the questionnaire reached the standard requirements.The main problems of the development mechanism of the current agricultural and agricultural cooperatives are as follows: 1)the internal operation,the sources of funds are less supported;2)the development of the skills of the farmers and the relevant management personnel is not mature;3)the division of responsibilities and rules and regulations is not clear;4)Farmers' cooperation is not high;5)Poor government intervention.Based on the actual situation of the development of China's tobacco and agricultural professional cooperatives,the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward for the development of the current agricultural and agricultural cooperatives: 1)to increase the financial support and promote the breakthroughs in the field of farmers' cooperatives;2)to improve the quality of members to create modern 3)deepen the development of standardized management and system constraints;4)to strengthen the awareness of farmers cooperation;5)control the intervention scale to promote the role of government change.
