The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of China's national economy,which has boosted economic growth,provided a large number of jobs,and improved the urban and rural appearance.At the same time,the problems of low-tech,extensive management and high energy consumption in the construction of China's traditional construction industry are also common.In the project construction management,the 21 st Metallurgical Construction Group lacks scientific management methods,extensive management and empirical issues,resulting in high project construction costs and low returns.In response to this problem,this paper takes the Zhuhai Longyuan project undertaken by Twenty-one Metallurgical Construction Group in 2017 as an example,carries out in-depth optimization research on project construction management plan,forms a BIM-based construction management plan and formulates a corresponding system guarantee system.The specific arrangements for each chapter are as follows:The first chapter reveals the background and significance of the research.The second chapter reviews the theory and technology of construction management.The third chapter introduces the project overview and analyzes the problems existing in the existing construction management plan.Firstly,the project overview and project characteristics are introduced.Then,the main points of the existing construction plan are expounded.Then the analysis points out that there are problems of backward management concept,rough process decomposition and insufficient risk control ability.The fourth chapter introduces BIM technology to design a new construction management plan.Firstly,the functions are clarified through the redesigned project organization structure;then the project schedule is prepared and the resource plan is prepared based on the WBS process decomposition;then the BIM technology is formally introduced,and the BIM construction management basic plan is formulated from the aspects of process,preparation and content.Finally,the integrated construction management scheme based on BIM was further designed from the aspects of schedule,cost,resources and security management.The fifth chapter designs a comprehensive system guarantee system for the whole process of the new construction management plan from the aspects of schedule,resources and quality.Based on the problems founded in the construction management of the 21 st Metallurgical Construction Group project,this study designed a BIM-based construction management plan and corresponding guarantee system,which improved the construction management level of the project and ensured the project objectives.Successful realization,while bringing economic benefits to the enterprise,also provides a theoretical reference for the deep management of project construction.
