Current, domestic and international economic situation is complex, global economicgrowth is slowing down, the growth momentum is weakening. The domestic constructioncompany generally extensive management, operational inefficiencies. In this context, theconstruction enterprises cost control management becomes more important.With China twenty-two Metallurgical Group Corporation construction project costmanagement as background, use project management and cost control related theory, bythe contrast and systems analysis in-depth study the company’s existing project costmanagement system and give suggest for the problems and recommend about costmanagement focus of the next step. built from the changes in the project management,improve the management mechanism, improve internal control mechanisms andincentives based on project cost control system of the Group companies, in this premise,through the application of earned value method costs in the project control methods inorder to achieve the purpose of cost control.This paper introduces the significance of the research, the method used by thedynamic of the research and the thesis; second part details the basic theory of project costcontrol, including control theory, cost theory and project cost control theory; the status quoof China twenty-two Metallurgical Group Corporation project cost control; fourth part ofthe Group’s cost management system has been optimized on the basis of previous studies;fifth part of the cost of the use of optimized management system in Chongli jiaocheshanWind Power Project cost control, application of advanced cost management earned valuemethod, specific earned value method of cost control steps in the project implementationphase. Wish to improve cost control and management of the construction company toprovide a reference.
