Evaluation And Optimization Of 15 Minutes Community Life Circle In Changsha Based On POI

With the rapid development of the economy,people's pursuit of quality of life and quality of public service facilities is also increasing.The community life circle is the basic unit of the city.The level of public service facilities in the living circle is directly related to the living standards of the residents.This paper takes Changsha downtown area as the research object,and based on big data,comprehensively evaluates the 15-minute living circle facility configuration in downtown area of Changsha and explores the optimization method of public service facilities layout based on living circle,including the following three aspects :(1)Combining the external macro factors affecting the construction of urban community living circle facilities,mainly including the historical inertia factors of urban development,the intervention of urban planning and the influence of market economy;analyzing the development trend of urban community living circle,clarifying With the development of the economy and society,the demand for community service facilities will gradually increase,and it will gradually become more refined.(2)Using the means of big data to construct the time cost “life circle” based on travel time in Changsha,and evaluate the current situation of the 15-minute community living circle in Changsha from the perspectives of coverage rate,compliance rate and comprehensive convenience.And summarize the relevant features and main issues.(3)Put forward the principle of 15-minute life circle optimization in Changsha City;introduce the location allocation model,explore the optimal layout method of service facilities based on living circle through the case analysis of Yuelu District vegetable market;propose the optimization strategy of 15-minute life circle in Changsha.
