An Empirical Study On The Factors Of Community Supermarkets Location

China's accession to WTO has been for ten years, and the retail market is gradually opening to the foreign capital, this makes the retail businesses facing the challenge of international predators. Over a period of time as china's urbanization level is increasing steadily, the business is booming in the community as a new formats into a number of retail vendors' battlegrounds. But many of the community supermarkets are lack of scientific research, and the level of efficiency is low, so these factors result in the cost of location higher, and finally are out of the market. How to scientifically research the factors influencing the location of community supermarkets, it is the core issue to the retail business future development. This article is based on micro-location theory, and comprehensive consideration of the scholars about the location of factors, then analyzing a community chain supermarket which location and community economic differences between the status quo in Guangzhou. And we study the community economic activity status quo and location factors as the community supermarkets location factors influencing, and for the community supermarkets location set theory and techniques base. This article is based on the community space structure theory, the consumer behavior space theory,business area location theory, and using software SPSS statistics, including the clustering, factor analysis, regression model to analysis the data. On this basis, making the following research :1.To design an empirical analysis framework by using factor analysis, cluster analysis and regression model.2.How to affect the community supermarkets location.
